Return & Exchange Policy

We accept most exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is still in like-new condition and hasn't been visibly worn. Please note that return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Once you've shipped your return items, please confirm with us via emailUnfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns outside of 30 days of when your order was received.  

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that were purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for returns, but exchanged may be accepted on a case by case basis. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping and the greater of a $5 or 10% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
